Risk - CCB - Risk Strategy and Execution (UAT Testing) - Analyst

As a Test Analyst at this company, you will be responsible for various testing activities to ensure timely and accurate testing of projects and rules across multiple applications. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing testing support for Coordinated, Warranty, and Off cycle releases
• Supporting 'Rules' testing activities
• Participating in Regression and Post Implementation testing
• Following strong documentation standards
• Supporting audit requests and providing evidences promptly
• Identifying and resolving concerns by assisting various stakeholders
• Adhering to control standards and target SLA's
• Daily tracking of Project Status and Defect Management
• Identifying process improvement opportunities
• Training and mentoring other analysts
• Supporting complex testing requirements independently
• Coordinating with team members, leads, and stakeholders for end-to-end testing
• Multi-tasking between testing rules with shorter timeframes
• Hosting meetings and driving test coordination efforts In addition to the above responsibilities, the qualifications required for this role include:
• Bachelor's degree in technology or related discipline (Preference given to candidates with a graduate degree)
• Minimum of 3 years of related testing experience
• Prior experience in fraud risk management UAT or fraud operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work hands-on and strong project management skills
