As a Hospitality Revenue Optimization Analyst at our company, your role is crucial in resolving basic client business and decision issues directly with the clients via the portal. Your contribution to the quality of system forecasts and decisions will play a significant role in client retention. Gain a basic understanding of IDeaS products and processes related to the hospitality business. - Resolve basic business or decision issues for clients, including questions on business practices, system configuration, system usage, and monitoring. - Ensure accurate resolution of portal issues entered as cases, case activities, or tasks in Salesforce within pre-defined resolution timeframes, with details entered in Salesforce. - Communicate effectively with clients through the appropriate method. - Collaborate with internal clients such as Client Relationship Manager, Project Managers, Quality Assurance, Research, and other teams. - Identify issues in a timely manner and escalate them appropriately to the senior ROA member. - Assist in special departmental projects. - Acquire technical skills to qualify for Sr. Associate Hospitality Revenue Optimization Analyst certifications. - Execute special procedures to perform structured data analysis or generate ad-hoc reports for IDeaS clients. **Qualifications Required:**
BSc. or a degree in Science stream or Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management. - Post Graduate degree or diploma in computers, Business Administration, or science would be an added advantage. - Minimum of 1 year of hotel experience in Front Office, Sales, Reservations, or Revenue Management in 4 or 5-star hotel chains. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint. - Demonstrated English verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently. - Willingness to work in shifts.
