Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (HR, Business, Psychology) or equivalent experience
Around 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or advisory role, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
Solid knowledge of US federal and state labor law; experience with immigration and visa processes is a plus
Confident advising managers and employees on HR matters with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience working with an HRIS; comfortable analysing and presenting HR data
Naturally build relationships and has the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proactive and well-organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
Be an active contributor to the Global HR Team
Flexible and willing to help out where the business needs it
Responsibilities
Act as a first point of contact for employees on a broad range of HR topics, providing clear and practical advice
Manage and oversee all HR admin processes including onboarding, offboarding, sick leave, benefits administration, filing, etc. - Support and advise on employee relations matters, including performance management and absence management
Own employee mobility processes such as relocation, visa applications, and expat support
Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making and identify trends
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with US labor law and company standards
Participate in and support both internal and external events
