Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) and membership in good standing with a relevant bar
Strong experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in a SaaS or technology company
Deep understanding of contract law, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy
Proven ability to make sound legal decisions and advise on company positions
Experience with:
SaaS/software agreements
5-7 years professional services and managed services contracts
Reseller and partner agreements
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of data privacy frameworks, including handling of PII and PHI
