At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. At Snowflake, our People team is the backbone of an extraordinary employee experience. As a Sr. Workday Integrations Developer on the People Systems team, you'll design, build, and maintain the integrations that connect our people systems — ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable data flow across our global ecosystem as Snowflake continues to grow. This is a hybrid role based in our Dublin, CA or Menlo Park, CA offices with 3 days a week in-office attendance required.

Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, data mappings, and processes
Continuously identify opportunities to improve integration performance, scalability, and reliability
Promote best practices in integration design, error handling, and monitoring to ensure system stability
Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance troubleshooting and documentation
