As an ISS Financial Analyst within the Enterprise Change & PMO team, your role will involve delivering financial PMO services to FILs ISS business, supporting the effective delivery of their change portfolios. You will work collaboratively with the ISS Finance team, the broader PMO team, and across the business to manage the change portfolio in alignment with the Enterprise Change Framework for Change Financials (CTB). Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the CTB financial management processes across the portfolio in partnership with the Financial team and other cross-pillar colleagues. - Understanding the financial process and monthly lifecycle to support key activities within the team. - Owning the monthly reviews of project variance analysis across the ISS portfolio. - Working with stakeholders on change programmes, procurement planning, PO creation, tracking, and oversight. - Providing insights and recommendations based on the financial data to support decision-making. - Building strong relationships with ISS Delivery stakeholders, Procurement, Finance, Business Management, and the ECPMO teams.
