Key Responsibilities:
Email & Landing Page Development:
Develop responsive, accessible, and dynamic HTML emails and landing pages for cross-client compatibility. - Ensure pixel-perfect rendering across various email clients and devices. - CRM Platform Implementation:
Build and manage campaigns using platforms like Adobe Campaign Standard, Braze, or similar systems. - Configure HTML personalization and dynamic content targeting specific audiences. - Implement and optimize campaign workflows, triggers, and customer journeys from an HTML perspective. - Technical Leadership:
Act as the technical lead for the CRM development team, reviewing code, enforcing standards, and guiding best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Data, CRM Ops, QA) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign execution or integrations concerning HTML. - Quality Assurance & Optimization:
Conduct QA to ensure campaign rendering, tracking, and data flows align with creative/HTML/personalization requirements. - Optimize code for deliverability, performance, and compliance standards such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. - Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate and implement new tools, automation techniques, and platform capabilities. - Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and CRM team members. Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 58 years of experience in front-end or email development within a CRM or marketing automation environment. - Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, including responsive and modular email coding. - Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign Standard, Braze, and optionally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Acoustic, or others. - Proficiency in personalization, dynamic content, and data-driven email logic. - Understanding of email deliverability best practices and QA testing tools like Litmus and Email on Acid. - Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data integrations within CRM ecosystems. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset. - Ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
