As part of the Retail Media team, you will lead campaign outputs across key European markets, helping drive one of Bacardi’s fastest-growing channels as retailers become a major off-trade sales driver. The focus of the role is delivering incremental sales growth through closed-loop attribution and innovative Retail Media strategies. You will work across leading Bacardi brands including Bacardi, Martini, Patrón, St‑Germain, Bombay Sapphire, and Dewar's, partnering with major retailers and quick commerce platforms including Tesco, Carrefour, Sainsbury's, Kaufland, Intermarché, Deliveroo, Uber, and Glovo. Campaigns are activated through platforms including Criteo, Citrus, DSPs, and Meta across markets including the UK, Italy, France, Spain, and Germany, offering strong European exposure and opportunities to innovate from a central London hub.
