We are hiring for our sister app - Dostt , an audio and video platform. Currently, we operate in Tamil. As we expand rapidly, we are seeing significant growth. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, understanding their needs, and offering suitable services & onboarding them to the platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle rejections professionally. ## Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing hosts/partners. - Onboard and train new hosts as per platform guidelines. - Assist users with profile completion, onboarding steps, and activation. - Follow up on pending onboarding and verification activities. - Engage with existing hosts to improve platform activity and retention. - Contact inactive users and work towards reactivation. - Educate hosts about platform features, policies, incentives, and opportunities. - Resolve basic host concerns and coordinate escalations with internal teams. - Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, onboarding status, and escalations. - Achieve daily/weekly/monthly operational and productivity targets. - Ensure professional communication and positive host experience during interactions. - Stay updated with platform processes, operational changes, and promotional activities. ## Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, Retention Executive, or in a similar role. - Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada/Telugu/Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi (Read, Write & Speak preferred). - Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. - Ability to handle repetitive follow-ups and target-based work environments. - Comfortable handling host rejection and difficult conversations professionally. - Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Excel. - Ability to work independently in a remote setup. - Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within teams.
