As an Online Content Manager, your role involves developing, managing, and executing marketing initiatives to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and ongoing engagement across multiple branded online stores. You will work closely with internal teams and leadership to deliver high-quality creative assets, email campaigns, product content, and digital experiences that drive customer engagement and sales performance. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop creative marketing materials such as sales slicks, email banner graphics, website banners, social media graphics, and email signature banners across multiple brands to support promotional campaigns and product introductions. - Provide recommendations for promotional campaigns based on product purchase performance and develop an annual promotional calendar to support eCommerce growth objectives. - Manage and execute promotional and educational email campaigns across various brands associated with online stores. - Develop and maintain email templates for both manual and automated campaigns and optimize email content based on target audience, product focus, and campaign objectives. - Develop and manage content for new products added to online stores, including product names, descriptions, specifications, images, and features and benefits. Collaborate with Supply Chain to gather accurate product details and supporting assets. - Manage online store video production projects, including script review and development, storyboard layout, asset content management, and overall project coordination. - Manage the redeemed rewards program, including fulfillment, tracking of redeemed rewards, and coordination of gift rewards tied to promotional campaigns. - Enter and manage all projects through Workfront, ensuring proper tracking of tasks, timelines, and assets. Ensure final creative assets are delivered and published in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - Work closely with leadership, internal marketing teams, and cross-functional partners to coordinate activities and deliverables supporting online content initiatives. Support alignment across departments to ensure effective execution of campaigns and product launches. - Monitor the marketing shared email inbox for inquiries related to online stores, respond to customer correspondence, and route inquiries as needed to ensure timely and professional communication. Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience in eCommerce marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management. - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Minimum of 10 years of experience working with email marketing platforms and digital asset management systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar project and content management tools. - Familiarity with email automation and segmentation strategies. - Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-store eCommerce environments. - Basic understanding of product performance analytics and promotional optimization.
