Familiarity with crypto-specific regulatory frameworks, including MiCA, Travel Rule (FATF Recommendation 16), and VASP licensing requirements. - Experience working in agile engineering environments, writing user stories and acceptance criteria directly with development squads. - Proven track record in cross-border payments, fintech, or a regulated financial services environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to prioritisation and delivery decisions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability — able to work across engineering, legal, compliance, and commercial functions.
