What Does This Opportunity Mean for You
We receive a large number of enquiries from our students. You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, by email & in person. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Closely monitor and consistently follow up with students by maintaining a good relationship with them
- Ensure accurate information is given to students
- Maintain accurate details of each student and ensure that their information is kept up to date
- Successfully accomplish the targeted number of applicants each time or going above and beyond set expectations
- Able to handle conflicting and tough situations in a composed manner
- Other related tasks as required by the business
Skills and Attributes Required
- Strong understanding of the UK higher education system, including universities, courses, and application procedures. - Previous experience in student advising, consulting, or related roles is advantageous. - Be customer-centric and can work in a cross-cultural environment
- Excellent organisational skills to deliver reports and feedback from all marketing initiatives in a timely and informative manner
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal
- Demonstrated team player
- Possess competent knowledge of relevant computer skills
