Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential brand partners aligned with Nutrabay's brand values, target audience, and business objectives
- Evaluate and prioritize partnerships based on strategic fit and potential for long-term growth
- Support and lead negotiations with potential brand partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and prospective brand partners
- Work closely with internal marketing teams to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns and co-branded promotions
- Collaborate with product teams to explore opportunities for exclusive launches or limited-edition collaborations
- Track and analyze the performance of brand partnerships using defined KPIs
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of category and partnership strategies
Qualifications Required:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong interest in e-commerce, retail, or brand and category management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ownership-driven attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas
- Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is an added advantage
Understanding of pricing strategy, product assortment, and category growth leversBasic understanding of supply chain concepts including stock planning and demand forecastingStrong verbal and written communication skills for cross-team coordinationNegotiation skills to manage vendors, commercial discussions, and deals
