Foreman - Water and Sewer

We are recruiting for the 2026 construction season (May through October). Hotel or Airbnb accommodations will be provided unless you prefer to secure your own private accommodation for the season. LOA based on accommodations. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 3+ years of foreman experience in civil/infrastructure construction, preferably sewer, water, and earthworks. - Prior hands-on experience as a Labourer, Pipelayer, or Topman in sewer and water projects (asset). - Proficient in written and verbal English, with the ability to give clear direction to crew members. - Demonstrated leadership skills, able to motivate and manage teams effectively. - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail. - Effective time management and organizational skills. - Commitment to maintaining a safety-first worksite.
