Job Description: As an Aircraft Electrical Wire Harness Engineer, you will be responsible for developing build plans and fabrication processes for aircraft electrical wire harnesses. Your role will involve designing and defining structured manufacturing workflows for wire harness assembly and installation. You will also assist in preparing detailed work instructions for installing wire harnesses and electrical components in aircraft panels and assemblies. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and authoring build plans and fabrication processes for aircraft electrical wire harnesses
Designing and defining structured manufacturing workflows for wire harness assembly and installation
Assisting in preparing detailed work instructions for installing wire harnesses and electrical components in aircraft panels and assemblies
Working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate implementation of wiring designs
Providing hands-on support on the shop floor for wiring, harness assembly, and cable routing activities
Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and aerospace manufacturing guidelines
Supporting troubleshooting and resolution of assembly and installation issues during production
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and process accuracy
