As a Lead UI & UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows for AI training platforms and learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with AI engineers, product managers, and trainers to define UX requirements for AI-based learning modules. You will also develop intuitive interfaces for prompt creation, annotation workflows, feedback mechanisms, and humanAI interaction systems. Additionally, you will be designing UX patterns for LLM-powered tools, chatbot training interfaces, data labeling systems, and AI feedback platforms. Conducting user research, gathering insights, and performing usability testing to iteratively improve designs based on user feedback will be an essential part of your role. Key Responsibilities:
