Here's a summary of the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Collections Analyst to manage accounts receivable, drive timely collections, and support smooth financial operations. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain accurate financial records across a global portfolio. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Collections & Accounts Receivable Manage assigned AR portfolio to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices Proactively follow up on overdue payments in line with agreed terms Partner with Shared Services to ensure accurate cash allocation and ledger management Account Reconciliation Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy across invoices, payments, and credits Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including unapplied payments and misallocations Collaborate with Sales and Billing teams to resolve account issues Customer Management Build strong relationships with customers to support timely payments Respond to billing and payment queries professionally and efficiently Provide account statements and payment histories when required Withholding Tax Compliance Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of withholding taxes Support tax filings and maintain appropriate documentation and certificates Work closely with the tax team to ensure regulatory compliance Reporting & Analysis Analyse aging reports and payment trends to identify risks and recommend actions Prepare regular reports on collections performance, cash flow, and AR metrics Process Improvement & Compliance Identify and implement improvements to enhance collections efficiency Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and collection activities These are the essentials you'll need to get an interview: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred) 2–3 years' experience in accounts receivable, collections, or similar finance role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment #LI-AQ1 Why join YouGov?
