Your role will involve ensuring clarity and usability in dashboard design, suggesting and validating hypotheses to improve customer experience metrics, and driving CX performance metrics through data-driven insights. You will also be tasked with identifying root causes of CX issues, delivering actionable recommendations, developing and managing dashboards for CX teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to convert business problems into analytical tasks.
