Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in backend software development. - Proven experience in leading software engineering teams and projects. - Expertise in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#. - Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling. - Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. - A proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges. - Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
