Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in running Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns. * Generate quality leads for the sales team in line with company targets. * Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for best results. * Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. * Track and analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions). * Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights. * Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions. * Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. * Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads lead generation. * Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking. * Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager (preferred). * Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications:
* Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications (added advantage). * Experience in real estate campaigns (optional but beneficial). Benefits:
