Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and other channels. - Utilize data-driven insights to segment audiences, customize messages, and enhance conversion rates. - Design end-to-end customer journeys, from onboarding to retention and reactivation. - Deploy automation tools to create triggers, workflows, and personalized interactions at scale. - Provide creative direction to designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams. - Identify and onboard new partners to boost cost efficiencies and campaign reach. - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to improve ROI. - Collaborate with internal teams to set up communication journeys, refresh creatives, and enhance user experience. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business (B.Tech/MBA preferred) or equivalent. - 7+ years of experience in CRM, Growth Marketing, or a related field. - Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms like CleverTap, WebEngage. - Strong analytical skills with knowledge of segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities. - Problem-solving mindset, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders. - Experience in implementing and scaling automated workflows using APIs and integrations. If you have experience in the Beauty category or related D2C verticals, it would be a bonus. Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools to further automate and optimize CRM processes.
