Key Responsibilities:
- Develop functional requirements including KPIs and wireframes, and high-level & low-level design documents
- Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI or Cognos
- Present dashboards to business stakeholders
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot report and dashboard performance
- Ensure access management, quality, security, and compliance guidelines are followed
- Collaborate with multiple partners from Business, Technology, Operations, and D&A capabilities
- Mentor BI Developers
- Independently lead design, solutioning & estimations
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent educational qualification
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Cognos/Power BI, SQL, dimensional modeling, performance tuning, optimization, and data quality validation
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Communication and structured problem-solving skills
- Mentorship experience
- Storytelling skills, Partner & Stakeholder engagement experience
