As a L1/L2 IT Support Specialist, your role will involve providing IT support to employees and ensuring smooth operations of networking and Wi-Fi. Your key responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting and resolving networking, Wi-Fi related issues
Administering and supporting Google Workspace, including user management, groups, policies, and security
Managing identity and device access using JumpCloud
Handling MacBook management and troubleshooting, such as system diagnostics, OS reinstall/formatting, performance troubleshooting, and application/configuration support
Maintaining accurate asset and inventory management for laptops, accessories, and licenses
Supporting onboarding/offboarding processes for employees, including device setup and access provisioning
Coordinating with vendors or service providers when necessary
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, Wi-Fi, and firewall concepts
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration
Experience with JumpCloud or similar IAM/device management platforms
Solid experience in supporting macOS/MacBooks
Good knowledge of IT asset management practices
Ability to diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
