Key Responsibilities:

Lead, strategize, and manage relationships with senior management teams and Board of Directors regarding finance, accounting, assurance-related matters, and commercials. - Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identify risks, and provide recommendations for enhancements. - Manage the global relationship hierarchy across different geographies and teams, such as Business Finance and Business. - Directly lead team members across various locations. - Stay updated on relevant auditing standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Qualifications Required:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in a Big 4 or similar firm, or industrial experience in financial risk, audit, and assurance. - Strong academic background, with a preference for a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - Proven track record of working in multiple global locations and familiarity with statutory guidelines. - Demonstrated desire and drive to progress into future leadership roles. - Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.
