Build and maintain candidate pipelines for roles across Business teams through research, outreach, and market mapping
Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and prioritize pipeline development efforts
Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and sourcing platforms
Test and refine outreach messaging and sourcing approaches to improve candidate engagement and response rates
What you bring
4+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on corporate or business roles
Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through research, outreach, and sourcing tools
Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into sourcing strategies
Experience using sourcing tools (such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms) and applicant tracking systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines while maintaining accurate tracking
Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach, with an interest in testing new tools to improve efficiency

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. $128,000—$150,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$112,000—$132,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$99,000—$117,000 USD
