Things You’ll Do

As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of complex legal matters. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Draft and negotiate a range of supplier agreements, including inbound SaaS licenses, and technology and implementation partnership agreements, working closely with procurement and business owners from all departments. - Primary responsibility for international expansion efforts, including maintenance of global corporate entities and related corporate governance matters, working closely with finance and tax teams. - Own other general corporate matters, intercompany agreements, and strategic reorgs. - Primary responsibility for real estate matters, working closely with the real estate team. - Acting as a mentor to team paralegals. - Identify and implement methods for improving and streamlining existing processes. What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree. - Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state. - 3-6 years of experience in a similar or relevant role at a top law firm or company. - Significant transactional legal experience and/or corporate governance experience (prior public company / securities experience a plus). - Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail. - Solution-oriented mindset able to work with cross-functional teams to ensure they are able to accomplish their objectives while still meeting standards. - Ownership, ownership, ownership.
