We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of telecom solutions across BSS/OSS platforms. This role focuses on product modelling, configuration, and solution design, working closely with business analysts, developers, and architects to ensure high-quality and scalable implementations. We are looking for a Business Analyst who will: Develop knowledge across telecom BSS/OSS domains, including Product Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management Build expertise in telco product modelling and system configuration Configure solutions in alignment with business requirements and solution design Provide technical consultancy to internal and external stakeholders on product capabilities, design approaches, and best practices Apply TM Forum standards in areas such as product modelling, service decomposition, and order fulfilment Support end-to-end solution delivery, including impact assessment and configuration activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BAs, Devs, Architects) to refine and implement solutions Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues during build and testing phases Is this opportunity right for you? We're looking for candidates who have: Experience working in telecommunication BSS/OSS environments 3+ years' experience in a similar role Hands-on experience with Product Catalog and Pricing configuration Proficient in BPMN modelling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy Eager to learn and build deep technical expertise Desirable Skills Experience with Camunda BPMN Knowledge of XSLT and mapping configurations Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs (e.g. TMF620, TMF622, TMF641) Understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes in telecom Perks & benefits Work from anywhere: CSG has a global policy called "Flexibility First" that allows employees to work from wherever they feel most productive. The Quote & Order team does not maintain a dedicated office space, so your position will be 100% remote with the exception of several in-person workshops during the year .
