As a Senior Manager- Resourcing and Deployment Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the deployment of employees within the organization, confirming that the right talent is in the right place at the right time. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams, you will strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees in line with market developments and firm strategy. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and influence to deliver quality results. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in dynamic projects, providing distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You will also participate in digitally enabled training designed to grow your technical and professional skills. The Reporting & Operations sub team within the Advisory Deployment function enables effective workforce decisions through performance reporting, forecasting, governance, and optimization. The Team Lead provides strategic direction, stakeholder alignment, and insight led decision support. Optimization roles drive automation, analytics, and technology enabled efficiency, while Process and Operations roles ensure strong governance, SOP adherence, and accurate execution. Together, the team balances operational rigor with innovation to proactively manage supply demand risks and improve deployment outcomes. The Reporting & Operations Team Lead provides strategic and operational leadership for the Deployment Reporting and Operations function across PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs). This role owns deployment performance insights, forecasting accuracy, SOP governance, and supply–demand risk management. The Lead partners closely with Practice Deployment Consultants (DCs) and Deployment leadership to enable proactive workforce decisions, drives automation and analytics maturity, and builds a high performing team that balances governance, insight generation, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a highly experienced HR Analytics professional with strong expertise in reporting, automation, and Deployment (Workforce) operations analytics. The ideal candidate will drive data-led decision-making through Business and Deployment metrics analysis for the Deployment functions through advanced dashboards, workflow automation, operational insights, and AI-enabled analytics solutions. The individual will need to bring their vision to elevate and create value; be able to translate that vision into a scalable solution with an execution plan and effectively implement it. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can transform Deployment reporting into intelligent, automated, and scalable business solutions. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of Resource Manager datasets, workforce metrics, and enterprise reporting ecosystems, along with strong people management capabilities. An important part of the role also requires effective control and governance set-up, to ensure consistency of high-performance standards. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Reporting & Analytics Lead enterprise HR reporting and workforce analytics initiatives across multiple business units. Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, scorecards, and executive MIS using Power BI. Build data models and insights by leveraging Resource Manager datasets and other HR systems. Deliver actionable analytics related to workforce planning, utilization, headcount, attrition, productivity, and operational efficiency. Partner with Deployment leadership and business stakeholders to provide strategic insights through data storytelling. Automation & Operational Excellence Drive automation of workforce reporting processes, workflows, and operational activities using Power Automate and Power Apps. Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency through intelligent automation and centralized processes. Develop scalable reporting frameworks and governance standards. Support Deployment Operations transformation initiatives with technology-enabled solutions. AI & Digital Transformation Introduce AI-driven analytics capabilities within Workforce reporting and operational processes. Explore predictive analytics, intelligent dashboards, conversational reporting, data insights and automation opportunities using AI tools and platforms. Collaborate with technology teams to implement innovative workforce analytics solutions. Stakeholder & Team Management Lead and mentor a team of process analysts and reporting and automation specialists. Manage stakeholder expectations across Deployment teams and Deployment Leadership teams. Drive a high-performance, data-driven culture within the team. Own Team capability building and operating rhythm SOP ownership, adherence and continuous improvement Ensure strong governance, data accuracy, and compliance standards.
