As an Early Career Talent Program Delivery Associate at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the Software Engineer Program managers to ensure a top-notch new joiner experience for incoming Interns and Engineers. Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with the Program Management team to drive timely completion of various processes such as Keep warm strategy, role submission, and placements as the Software Engineer Program scales up annually. - Collaborating with the SEP Training team to effectively plan and implement all aspects of engineer training. - Planning and organizing engaging events for engineers, educational calls for managers, and other program initiatives. - Communicating effectively across all stakeholders including incoming engineers, current program engineers, managers, and key partners. - Providing necessary material and data reporting for initiative rollouts, including managing distribution lists, shared drive data, and ensuring regular updates for easy reference. - Managing vendors by identifying the right ones, procuring giveaways/products as needed, overseeing the budget, and ensuring timely invoice clearance. - Working closely with Global Program Management, SEP Program Directors, Technology Campus Recruiting, and Technology Training teams on presentations and data requests for senior leadership within Global Technology and Global Talent Acquisition. Qualifications required for this role include:
5+ years of project management and/or program management experience. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with data reporting tools like Tableau, Survey Monkey, Confluence, and SharePoint. - Ability to convey a compelling story through data and coordinate on a global scale. - Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously, strong focus on customer experience, and demonstrated capability in project management. - High standards, attention to detail, and strong planning and time management skills.
