Perform full-cycle administration of G&A related SaaS tools, including OneLogin (SSO/IAM), Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and Slack. - Identify, build, and maintain cross-platform integrations and automations using n8n and AI tools where appropriate. - Manage user lifecycles, permissions, and security groups to ensure continuous compliance with SOC/ISO audit requirements. - Oversee the Apple hardware fleet using Iru (formerly Kandji) for comprehensive device management, patching, and compliance. - Leverage AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or Atlassian Rovo to improve internal integrations and documentation efficiency. - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and system integration diagrams. - Act as the Tier 2 escalation point for the Service Desk, resolving complex macOS hardware and software-specific issues. - Manage and maintain the Jira ticketing system, focusing on refining workflows and enhancing reporting capabilities. - Identify and propose scalability initiatives to streamline time-consuming business procedures and reduce organizational "drag."
