We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Driver Trainee or Class A CDL Driver. Candidates who already possess a Class A CDL are encouraged to apply. We are also looking for individuals interested in becoming professional drivers — the company will pay for CDL school and training for qualified candidates. Job Description Primary Location: Logan, Utah The Driver Trainee attends and completes the CDL training program to become a local delivery driver while learning company routes, safety standards, and customer service expectations. Responsibilities include delivering beverage products to customer locations in highway, rural, and city driving conditions while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations. Candidates must provide excellent customer service to store owners and customers, effectively resolve complaints or discrepancies, and accurately complete delivery and sales records. Additional responsibilities include: Operating computerized inventory and invoicing systems Operating hand trucks and handling product deliveries Collecting and picking up empty containers Supervising truck loading and unloading and securing loads Obtaining customer signatures for deliveries and pickups Performing daily truck inspections and basic maintenance checks, including fluids, oil, and air Cleaning and maintaining the inside of the truck Presenting a professional image while wearing the company-provided uniform Performing other duties assigned by management Requirements: Valid driver's license required Class A CDL preferred, but not required Ability to qualify for company-sponsored CDL training program Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly throughout the day Work Environment: This position involves working in a physically active environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noises, airborne particles, and vehicle fumes during deliveries.
