As a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at our company, your role will involve driving end-to-end hiring processes for critical roles ranging from mid-senior to leadership positions. You will be responsible for building scalable hiring systems that support our rapid growth across various categories including Beauty, FMCG, Fashion, Supply chain & operations, Product & tech, and Growth & marketing. Key Responsibilities:
Own the hiring process for Senior Manager / Director roles
Partner directly with founders & business heads
Run confidential and niche searches
Build pipelines for category leaders, supply chain leaders, and D2C growth talent with a focus on quality precision hiring
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and push back when needed
Translate business plans into hiring roadmaps and help define org structures, role scorecards, and compensation benchmarks
Build competitor talent intelligence and run proactive talent mapping
Work on employer branding strategies for the leadership layer
Design structured hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment rubrics
Manage external search firms for niche roles and align multiple stakeholders
Qualification Required:
Think like a business operator, not just a recruiter
Strong experience in market mapping and headhunting
Experience in hiring for E-commerce, D2C, and retail-tech
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments
