SDE - QA

Experience in databases like MySQL, MongoDB is an advantage

Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design

Familiarity with Test Cycle Management tools like JIRA

Test strategy formulation skills including test case scenarios, test data requirements, and contingency plans

Experience in testing microservices-hosted platforms

Exposure to development and testing tools such as Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Concepts

Basic knowledge of Unix commands

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases

Understanding of performance and efficiency with a strong customer focus

Collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with designers and developers

Empathy towards customers and a focus on enhancing user experience As a Software Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for creating the necessary automation library and framework as required and building automation tests to ensure the health of the platform. You will put necessary checks and balances wherever appropriate and drive meetings, new initiatives, and innovation. Your role will involve participating in all day-to-day QA tasks and working with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality releases. Additionally, you will encourage and drive initiatives that promote innovation and technical excellence, while constantly looking for improvements in software development and testing processes. Key Responsibilities:

Create automation library and framework as required

Build automation tests to ensure platform health

Put necessary checks and balances for quality assurance

Drive meetings, new initiatives, and innovation

Participate in day-to-day QA tasks

Work with cross-functional teams for high-quality releases

Encourage initiatives for innovation and technical excellence

Identify improvements in software development and testing processes
