As an IT Recruiter Talent Acquisition Executive, your role involves developing and executing IT recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent. Your key responsibilities include:
Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals. - Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including conducting interviews, negotiations, and overseeing onboarding processes. - Collaborating with hiring managers, HR teams, and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and candidates. - Staying updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and best hiring practices. Qualifications required for this role include:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fields. - 6 months to 1 year of minimum experience and a maximum of 3 years in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. - Prior experience in client handling and stakeholder management is a plus.
