As a Senior Engineer-IT support specializing in Mac equipment, your role will involve providing comprehensive IT support for all Mac equipment, addressing system, application, and server issues. Your responsibilities will include offering technical advice and troubleshooting assistance to end users. Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in Enterprise Apple support, including ABM, VPP, ACE, and MDM
- Proficiency in OSX desktop and server support
- Ability to support OS X desktop and server systems across multiple versions
- Strong expertise in using and administrating JAMF
- Proficient in package deployment, image upgrades, security patches, and DEP
- Hands-on experience with JAMF tools such as Recon, Composure, remote, and Admin
- Endpoint hardening through JAMF and self-service management
- Familiarity with terminal commands and scripts
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexibility and customer-focused problem-solving approach
- Experience with various applications like Outlook, Active Directory, and Teams
- Knowledge of cloud services
