Project Manager Solutions Train Engineer

Qualifications Required:

• 10 to 18 years of experience in Agile delivery environments, with 5-9 years in scaled Agile roles and 2-3+ years in leadership positions

• Strong expertise in SAFe with hands-on experience managing Solution Trains and Agile Program Release Trains

• Proficiency in Salesforce-based delivery, Agile and ALM tools, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms

• Experience in the BFSI domain is preferred

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees preferred

As a Project Manager Solution Train Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for leading and driving the delivery of complex, large-scale digital solutions across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within a SAFe environment. Your role will involve facilitating solution-level SAFe events, coordinating and aligning multiple Agile Release Trains, identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies, partnering with various stakeholders, overseeing Program Increment execution, driving Salesforce-based solution delivery, championing Lean-Agile practices, tracking key metrics, ensuring adherence to standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate solution-level SAFe events such as Pre-PI and Post-PI Planning, Solution Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and cross-train synchronization ceremonies

• Coordinate and align multiple Agile Release Trains to ensure seamless planning and execution of large, complex programs

• Identify, track, and proactively resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments

• Partner with Solution Management, Solution Architects, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders

• Oversee Program Increment execution, monitor progress, facilitate backlog refinement, and support release readiness

• Drive Salesforce-based solution delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning platforms

• Champion Lean-Agile ways of working and coach teams on SAFe principles

• Track, analyze, and report key delivery and performance metrics

• Ensure adherence to risk, control, regulatory, security, and data quality standards
