Analyst - Trustee and Depository Services

As a Controller at Socit Gnrale, your role will involve verifying the compliance of management decisions of fund management companies for UCITS and conducting specific checks for certain institutional clients. You will also be responsible for controls related to a fund's merger or dissolution, auditing fund management companies and their service providers, and analyzing new prospectus projects. Additionally, you will participate in various meetings to ensure all information within relevant systems is up to date and implement new controls to meet regulatory requirements. Reviewing the frequency of the NAV of funds (UCITS and AIF), performing reconciliations on cash securities and derivatives open positions, and setting up funds in the systems will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will work on process improvements, identify risks and challenges, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
