As a Full Stack Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining independent software platforms utilizing Java, Springboot, microservices, cloud, Angular, or React. Your role involves working on both front-end and back-end development processes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic architectural design for complex software systems. - Evaluate new technologies and recommend optimal architectural patterns. - Ensure software solutions meet business requirements and long-term goals. - Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development coordination. - Optimize system performance through data-driven decisions. - Code and implement front-end, back-end, and database components. - Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications. - Implement security measures and ensure industry compliance. - Identify opportunities for system refactoring and modernization. - Automate deployment processes and streamline DevOps. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to the team. - Document technical specifications and design patterns. - Conduct training sessions to upskill the development team. - Stay updated on Java ecosystem and share industry insights. Qualifications/Experience & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent. - 10-15 years of total experience. - Experience as a Full Stack Architect leading technical vision and development teams. - Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred. Key Responsibilities:
