As a Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing key client relationships, managing accounts end-to-end, and identifying opportunities for business growth across the IT services portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
Manage strategic client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution. - Handle account planning, revenue forecasts, and pipeline management. - Participate in proposals, RFPs, and negotiations. - Execute targeted sales campaigns and support client events. Qualifications Required:
Strong experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development in IT services. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working with US or international markets preferred. - Proficiency in embedded systems and semiconductor technologies. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
