You are a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist responsible for delivering cutting-edge poultry farm management software to clients. Your role involves collaborating with clients at poultry enterprises to understand operational and technical requirements, translating business needs into system configurations, and managing end-to-end implementation processes. You will conduct client-facing presentations, workshops, and training sessions, identify challenges, and work closely with product and support teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into future releases. Additionally, you will document implementation steps, best practices, and issue resolutions. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather, understand, and analyze operational and technical requirements. - Translate business needs into effective system configurations and workflows. - Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including setup, data migration, user training, and go-live support. - Conduct client-facing presentations, workshops, and training sessions. - Identify potential challenges during implementation and provide timely, effective solutions. - Work closely with product and support teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into future releases. - Document implementation steps, best practices, and issue resolutions. Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA in operations management, supply chain management, or IT management. - Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to non-technical users. - Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. - Familiarity with poultry farm operations or agriculture technology is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or tech support. - Knowledge of data management, software configuration, and user training best practices. - Experience with SaaS platforms or agriculture-specific software tools. Please note: Extensive travel within India and abroad is required.
