Responsibilities
Troubleshoot guest concerns, collaborating with other techs as needed to diagnose accurately. - Complete detailed preventative maintenance reports using digital visual inspections. - Maintain communication with the service department to keep customers informed. - Support housekeeping duties as needed. - Uphold high standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization. - Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations governing service operations, including protocols for hazardous waste disposal and OSHA standards. Qualifications
1+ years prior experience in a similar role - lot attendant, detailer, car washer, or valet
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Have necessary set of tools to perform repairs & maintenance
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet or exceed hourly goals
Physical Requirements
Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
Drive manual transmission vehicles
Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
Efficiently navigate a computer
