Senior Manager Sales Operations

Requires Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field plus 4 years’ experience as Senior Manager, Sales Operations or similar role. Also requires demonstrated knowledge or experience in the following:

• Sales processes, sales methodologies, and revenue forecasting. - Using CRM systems to extract sales data (NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). - Data tools (Tableau or Power BI, Snowflake, QlikView). - Excel for data analysis. - Position is fully remote, and employee may live anywhere in the US. Travel to Chicago, IL and Atlanta, GA required once a month. ## Benefits

The salary for this position is from $165,942 to $170,000 per year. This amount meets or exceeds the prevailing wage as determined by the U. S. Department of Labor. Compensation may vary inside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the employee’s total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, commissions, profit-sharing, or other stock compensation.
