Key Responsibilities:
Exposure to US/International Client (Preferred) Prior Experience in Digital Marketing (Search Engine Optimization) / Project Coordinator / Project Manager roles. - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to engage clients effectively. - Coordinate with internal departments, manage resources, and ensure client account operations run smoothly. - Document all client requests and comments for timely feedback and follow-up actions. - Lead solution development efforts to address customer needs, involving necessary actions and keeping the internal team updated. - Maintain a consistent schedule of online meetings with clients to manage performance objectives and assess customer needs. Qualifications Required:
Candidates with Project Management, Digital Marketing & Technical Skills Preferred. - Good relationship-building skills with internal, external, and cross-cultural stakeholders. - Sound computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. - Ability to maintain a positive and 'get things done' attitude, especially in challenging situations.
