Lighthouse is seeking a driven, hospitality-savvy Account Executive to sell our Commercial Strategy Services (CSS) solution exclusively to independent hotels across North America. This is a high-velocity, consultative sales role built for someone who understands the unique commercial challenges facing independent properties — and knows how to position outsourced revenue management and commercial strategy as a game-changing solution. You will own a focused territory of premium independent hotels — boutique properties, luxury independents, destination resorts, and design-forward collections — closing 7–10 new CSS agreements per month through a combination of proactive outreach, relationship-building, and sharp consultative selling. ### What’s in it for you?
Flexible time off: Autonomy to manage your work-life balance. - 401k matching: Up to 4%. - Health insurance: Two Blue Cross Blue Shield plans with 99% company contribution to the base plan and 75% for dependents and spouses, plus $25/month to HSA. - Vision and Dental Insurance: Dental Buy-up plan option, 50% company contributions to premiums for both employees, dependents and spouses for both. - Employee Assistance Program: 100% confidential and free. - Employer paid Short Term Disability + $50,000 Life Insurance
Parental leave: 12 weeks of company paid primary caregiver leave, 3 weeks of company paid secondary caregiver leave, $1,500 new parent bonus, and 4 week flexible return to work plan. - Wellbeing support: Subsidized ClassPass subscription. - Referral bonus: Earn rewards for bringing in new talent. ### Who you are:
1-3 years of sales experience in hospitality technology, professional services, or hotel operations — with a strong preference for candidates who have sold into or worked within independent hotels. - Hands-on understanding of hotel revenue management, distribution, and commercial strategy — you can have a credible conversation with a Revenue Director or GM from minute one. - Proven high-velocity closing track record — you're comfortable managing a large pipeline and hitting ambitious monthly targets. - Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills — you listen deeply, identify real pain, and connect solutions to outcomes. - Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred). - Comfort navigating independent ownership structures and multi-stakeholder deals in high-touch environments. - Passion for the independent hotel segment — you genuinely believe these properties deserve world-class commercial expertise.
