As a Data Analytics in the Commodities and Global Markets Client Fulfilment team at Macquarie, you will be responsible for designing and delivering data flows, controls, and analytics to ensure high-quality client data across CGM globally. Your role will involve supporting regulatory, risk, client-facing, and internal business needs. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement automated data solutions to address client data issues and enhance preventive and detective controls. - Develop and maintain robust data flows, validations, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and transparency. - Create dashboards and supervisor views for clear visibility of data quality, control breaches, and emerging risks. - Collaborate with stakeholders across Client Fulfilment, Front Office, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to support change initiatives and platform migrations. - Monitor critical data pipelines, perform root cause analysis, and track remediation to closure. Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in a quantitative, analytical, or problem-solving discipline. - Experience working with data in commodities trading, client data, or financial services environment. - Hands-on experience with data analysis and automation tools such as SQL, Hive, Dataiku, Alteryx, and modern data visualization platforms. - Proficiency in Python and T SQL with exposure to source control and automated scheduling. - Strong problem-solving skills with experience in designing scalable workflows across large datasets.
