As an Associate Manager in the Global Delivery Network [GDN] Legal Group at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with various laws and policies. Your responsibilities will include:
Advising the company on data-related laws, global data privacy practices, information security, anti-corruption measures, competition law, and trade sanctions
Reviewing HR policies, addressing conflict of interest issues, and providing guidance on V&A and post-merger integration activities
Interpreting Accenture Global Policies to guide internal clients and ensure alignment with global stakeholders
Preparing executive summaries, position papers, and legal updates for India and Global leadership
Contributing legal insights, conducting legal research, and analyzing legislative changes' impact on Accenture's business
Identifying opportunities for process standardization and creating re-usable guidance for internal clients
Liaising with labor and regulatory authorities
Building an external network within the legal fraternity and external ecosystem
Engaging in CSR, Inclusion, and Diversity activities
Qualifications required for this role include:
LLB degree
8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in law firms or in-house, ideally in the IT/ITeS industry
