The Role
We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our R&D organisation. This includes Product Engineers, AI/LLM Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers. You’ll work across disciplines, partnering with leaders to build balanced, high-performing teams. This is a hands-on role. You’ll need strong sourcing, good judgement across different roles, and the ability to run high-quality processes end to end. ### What you’ll do
- Own hiring across engineering, product, and design
- Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing across the UK and Europe
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple disciplines
- Partner with engineering, product, and design leaders to define roles and hiring plans
- Run end-to-end hiring processes, from role kick-off to offer
- Maintain a high bar on candidate quality and experience
- Improve hiring playbooks, interview design, and recruiting systems as we scale
What we’re looking for
- Experience hiring across engineering and at least one of product or design
- Strong sourcing ability and confidence engaging passive candidates
- Good judgement on different role types — you understand what strong looks like across disciplines
- Ability to partner with technical and product stakeholders
- High ownership and consistency — you keep processes moving and close roles
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Based in Edinburgh or willing to relocate
