Your main tasks will include managing Ralecon's social media accounts and websites, creating engaging content and visuals, monitoring performance metrics, engaging with users, overseeing marketing strategy, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for social media platforms and websites

Manage Ralecon's social media accounts and websites to establish a strong digital presence

Create engaging content and visuals for social media posts, website updates, blogs, and other digital platforms

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of content strategies, social media campaigns, and website traffic

Engage with users and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms

Oversee Ralecon's marketing strategy and leverage social media channels to drive revenue and customer engagement

Manage the brand's online reputation and monitor customer sentiment across social channels

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy across all digital platforms

Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Digital Operations (HODO) or Senior Management to support overall team objectives
