Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and execution of Marketo Marketing Cloud Next (Advanced) migration
- Define migration strategy, including data, assets, campaigns, and integrations
- Perform current-state assessment of Marketo instance (programs, lists, workflows, scoring models) and map to target architecture
- Design target data model and identity resolution strategy using Salesforce Data Cloud
- Architect journey orchestration and campaign transformation aligned to Marketing Cloud Next capabilities
- Define and implement data migration frameworks (batch + real-time where applicable)
- Lead integration design across CRM, external systems, and third-party tools (APIs, middleware)
- Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and consent management during migration
- Establish governance, naming conventions, and operational model for the new platform
- Drive cutover strategy, testing, and hypercare support
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and other SFMC modules
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and basic SSJS
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud integrations
- Solid understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and campaign workflows
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Contact model
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills
