As a combined, high-ownership HR & Operations Manager at OneIoT, you will be responsible for both People & Culture and Office Operations. Your role involves deeply interconnected functions where you will hire employees while ensuring their seamless onboarding and maintaining a frictionless work environment. **Must-Have:**
25 years of HR and/or operations experience, preferably in a startup or tech environment
Hands-on recruitment experience including sourcing, screening, and closing offers
Knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF/ESI, and payroll coordination
Vendor management skills, including negotiations and contract tracking
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS tools like Zoho People or Keka
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High reliability, ownership mindset, and proactive problem-solving abilities
**Good to Have:**
Prior experience as the first or sole HR hire in a startup
Basic understanding of accounting tools and GST/TDS compliance
Experience supporting founders in an EA or Chief of Staff capacity
POSH compliance knowledge
Exposure to employer branding activities
